We are a Flintshire based organisation that supports companies across the length and breadth of the country, providing workers on either temporary or permanent bases. Because we work with a number of different sectors we are confident we can find the 'right person' no matter how unusual the job.
We always try our best to keep work within the community. We do not believe in transporting workers from outside the company's location, as we always try to promote local jobs for local people. This means that if we are filling a position in North Wales we will only use candidates from North Wales, or if we are filling positions in the North East we will only use candidates from the North East.

Aim Recruitment was formed in 2003 by a team with over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry. As a result of this wealth of experience, our team at AIM is well placed to serve all your recruitment needs.
Our team are on call 24 hours-a-day 7 days a week in order to provide the best service possible to both workers and customers.
